Remedial massage

​​The ultimate aim of this type of massage is to create the conditions to allow the body to return to normal health after injury or with muscular-skeletal disorders. It is used to treat chronic muscular-skeletal imbalances, soft tissue injuries, bruising or any injury where the skin is intact. Remedial Massage is useful for anyone that experiences muscular pain.

Fascia is the soft tissue component of the connective tissue that provides support and protection for most structures within the human body, including muscle. Myofascia release is a form of soft tissue therapy used to release restrictions in the fascia relieving pain and restriction of motion.
