Cancellation Policy

Our time is important and so is yours, we dislike charging cancellation fees but unfortunately last minute cancellations cost us dearly if we are unable to re-fill the appointment.

We request a minimum of 24hrs notice for cancelling or rescheduling of appointments.  This will allow us time to offer the newly available appointment slot to another client. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances occur, and will consider making exceptions for sever illness & emergency.  We would like to ask that you please respect the time that we have reserved just for you.  As we are sure you would understand, as we may have turned away other clients who would have liked the booking, so the sooner we have the information, the more likely another client can be seen during that time.  

Of course if we are able to re-fill the appointment we will not charge you a cancellation fee & we welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur a cancellation fee. 

For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, clients will be charged 50% of the appointment cost by way of cancellation fee & 100% for no-shows (no notice given and failure to turn up)

For bookings with vouchers, please note cancellation fees will be deducted from the value of the voucher as per the above description where applicable.
